The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn

A movie I really enjoyed was The Adventures OF Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn. As a child I loved reading the books so I was quite looking forward to seeing a big budget animation portrayal of the stories.

TinTin

The Adventures of Tintin sends the title character on an investigation to solve the mystery of the sunken treasure of the Unicorn, a ship belonging to Captain Haddock’s ancestor. And ultimately it shows the meeting of Tintin and Haddock and how their friendship started.

The effects and realism of the animation are unbelievable (one specific action sequence is absolutely brilliant) and it’s not long into the movie before you forget that you are not watching real people, but rather animated scenes.
