Here’s another idea for a quick snack, this time from Daniel Ng.
He reckons it’s a great way to give new meaning to a normal slice of toast.
He suggests that by simply adding a drizzle of good olive oil and rubbing some garlic into the bread, you have a great-tasting healthy snack.
This is great for garlic and toast lovers, but you could easily leave out the garlic for just a gourmet-tasting piece of toast.
Daniel says that this is also a nice way to finish off that last piece of stale bread. Enjoy.
