Recently I filmed an Olive Thrush digging for a worm. He found quite a large grub, broke it into two pieces and swallowed it down.
I had never seen something like that so close-up before and it was fun to watch.

A bit more about the Olive Thrush Bird:
It is quite a small bird; it grows to about 23 – 24cm and weighs about 100 grams (3.5 ounces). It has very distinct orange flanks, while the tail and chest are a dull olive brown colour. There is a dark patch around his nostrils and there is a general orange hue around the rest of his body.
He likes to eat fruits, snails, earthworms, insects, and spiders.
